Hi Thiru,

As per my understanding below things happened,

In Jan they create production order 5 qty for eg. In Jan they do partial confirmation for 2 qty. then they set TECO for the order do the variance calculation and settlement.

In month of Feb they maybe revoke TECO do the remaining confirmation of 3 qty. now order is with DLV status they do same variance & settlement for month end of Feb.

That's why you see two settlement document for different period. Please check with respected person.

Regards,

Prasad

Hi,

Here the one of the possibility.

Let say your standard cost is 1000 and actual production cost is 1100. Actual production cost more than standard cost so it is unfavorable with +ve PPV 100 in Jan. Then you have adjustment posting in Feb to reduce the actual production cost let say the adjustment is 200. So your actual production cost is 900 as of Feb. In Feb system will post favorable variance with -ve PPV 200. if you sum up both variance you won't get zero but in your KKBC_ORD actual cost column you will see zero. This is the reason why you see 2 variance line item with +ve and -ve and if you sumup the variance is not zero.

Thanks

Dear KK Lam,

Finally adjustment is there in actual cost of order, that is why system is showing. how to find the adjustment or changes made in actual production cost.

Hi,

To check any adjustment in Feb, run KOB1 for that production order with Feb posting date. To check any status changes to the production order. CO03 -> Menu -> Extras -> Change documents. You need to activate the change management before you can view the status change log. Check this link

Thanks

Hi Thiru,

From the print screen, the settlements on posting date 31.01.2017 and 28.02.2017. Please check whether you have adjustments posted to production order in Feb 2017. If there is adjustment, system will settle production variance in Feb.

Thanks.
