to upload org structure

I have to upload the organization structure thour PPOCA_CRM in CRM 5.0,

Pls provide me solution (BAPI or function module name).

let me know whether you want to create an org structure or you want to upload the org structure from one client to another??

coz ppoca_crm is used to create org structure not to upload the org structure....

I have to create the org structure for a bank in CRM 5.0 , I have the data in a flat file. Is there any BAPI or FUNCTION Module to upload the org structure data ?
