Error in flat the flat file loading to DSO

Hi Team,

I am getting below error when activating the DSO, the issue is coming flat file loading to

info provider DSO.

Error:-

Value "IR BOX (infrared treatment top grain leather whee" (HEX 0049005200200042004F0058002000280069006E0066007200) of characteristic ZCMSPJTX contains an error at position 32

how to resolve the issue,please help me.
