To your question: "is it possible: WBScode assignment to PM Functional Location?", the answer is yes.
It is possible to link functional location (FL) and WBS. From your query purpose of linking WBS and FL is not clear. However, following are the ways, where you can link FL with WBS.
1. On WBS screen: Under the TAB "Assignment", field functional location is available. This data is only for information. Mainly used when there is new functional location is built via a major project or may be a major maintenance project.
2. On Functional Location Screen: Under the Tab "Organization", screen area "Account Assignment" (in standard FL view profile).
While assigning the WBS on FL screen, you must remember the following:
- Standard data transfer is applicable, ie WBS maintained on higher level FL will be copied to it hierarchically below objects (both Equipment and functional location)
- If the Work order is created for these objects, WBS will be copied to Work order (WBS must have indicator account assignment) . Subsequently, depending on work order settlement profile, this WBS may also be copied to settlement rule.
You also mentioned "And Its not accepting PM location" . Let us know the message you are getting while assigning the WBS on FL.
