System copy form one server to other ?

Hi

There are two systems i.e, a and b.

System a is on server A and system b is on server B.

I have to perform a system copy of system a from server A to Server B.

I want after the system copy both systems a and b should run on server B.

Can anybody guide me what is different in this form a regular system copy ?

And also tell me what all steps are different and also the steps to perform this activity.
