Spliting of TO qty wrt the Bin remaining capacity --SAP WM

HI Gurus

I have scenario ..there are two stoarage bins with each remaining capacity of 100 Each,when there is a receipt qty of 200 each ,system is not spliting to place 100 qty in the first bin and remaining 100 qty in the second bin,instead its throwing error of remaining capacity is not sufficient.

Will the system splits the receipt qty and place the stock in bins based on the remaining capacity of the bins.pls help to solve
