Hi,
I have had this error with both Lumira Designer 2.0 SP2 and the recently release SP3 products.
The quick soluion I found to work was to uninstall the product (Windows Programs and Features) and then remove/rename the LumiraDesigner-config and LumiraDesigner-workspace folders (found in C:\Users\,username\).
Then perform the installation again (Run as Administrator) and it seems to work ok.
Hope this helps.
Tim
