Vietnam-era Status on IT0077

We are having the oddest thing happen in our IT0077, when we attempt to put anyone in any "Veteran Status" when we hit "Enter" or "Save" the check mark immediately defaults to "Vietnam-era veteran".

We are unable to put anyone in anything other than Vietnam-era Status. It wasn't always like this, it has just begun happening within the past week or so. Is there any clue as to why???????
