client is not using quatation as a referece document to create orders -?

Hi

I am able to see the quatation in the doc flow for the particular order, But client is not using quatation as a referece document to create orders.

How is it possible -?

Please some one can explain me this scenario.

    Hi Greg,

    You are telling that your client is not using Quatation as reference document, whith out using reference document there is no chance to come in document flow as per my knowledge, Any how In the document flow take the quatation no and go in to quatation goto---> Header --> sales data there you can find who has created and when it was created,

    Also verify the Quatation status is it open or closed.

    I hope this will give you some Idea

    Hi,

    Please check the field "Purchase Order" (Just below ship to party) in Va03 for the sales order.

    Most likely the quotation number is entered there while creating the sales order (without reference to quotation) and as a result it is coming in doc flow
