Use cases for Segmentation Profile: Corporate Accounts?

Hello friends,

I've been working with yMKT cloud for only a couple implementations, and it seems like users really only use "Segmentation Profile: Contacts" for segmenting and targeting.

Has anyone observed any non-hypothetical use cases where customer users have used Corporate Accounts in segmentation modelling or anything else?
