Does anyone know where can i look for a lookup table?

Hi all,

currently i am facing a situation where i have a table and column selection for user to choose. Etc, if the column name is a religion field. Then it will have a look up table for the religion field which contain all the different values like christain, buddhism, etc...

So i was wondering is there a way where after the user select the column, den it will auto detect its column to see whether it has a lookup table?

Another question is where can we search for the lookup table?
