error when install characteristic 0ORGUNIT

Hi all,

when I tried to install char 0ORGUNIT in BI Content I got this runtime error: OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED.

has anyone faced that problem before?

I also watched notes 1019055, 1059198, 1081884 But I can't import any SP now. So do not give these notes for me again. or I must to import these support packages?

My System info:

SAP_BW Release 700 SP: SAPKW70012

BI_CONT Release 703 SP: SAPKIBIIP4
