Limiting matchcode results for material master sales view material groups

Hi I would like to Limit match code results in sales view where material group1 to 5 according to sales org selected is it possible to do, please advise.

How do you think it could be done?

Can you maintain those material group1 to 5 per sales organization?

When I look at the customizing screen then I see no option to have sales org specific material groups.

How should then the search help know which material groups it should display when you are in the sales org view of the material master?

If you define material groups with logical names per sales org then you can make use of the user exit in the search help to filter the found records.
