Output not triggered for SA planned and release created in APO

I have a similar issue. Document type is LP and CIF to APO. Schedule Lines are generated in R/3 but the output is not generated automatically. I have checked all the configuration and the condition records. Everything is ok.

Output is generated only if I create the message manually. But automatic generation is not happening. Kindly help.

Condition record LPH1 is maintained.
