How to add a mic option to BO fields in SAP C4C

Hi,
Is there any option like mic for every field in BO's, so that speech can be converted to text and the field value can be updated using voice.

We can use native device's mic for input but this works only for mobiles and tablets.

How can we achieve this with desktop browsers
