Unarchiving of Repository gives an error

Hi SDNers,

I am shifting my repository from Oracle dB to SQL dB on a different server, for this I have archived the repository.

While trying to unarchive it in the SQL dB server, it throws an error:

"Description: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
