I cannot login to the CMS after a basic install of Crystal Reports Server 2016 with demo key.

I installed the Demo version. No errors. Everything appears to be running. Went to the CMS to login but nothing I've entered works. I carefully took notes of the passwords I set during install. I am typing them correctly. I am using Administrator as the login. DNS appears to be working properly. I've tried going to the ip, the localhost, the fqdn, I've tried different cases of Administrator, I've left the password blank. Nothing seem to work. The error is:

"Account information not recognized: Enterprise Authentication coudl not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)"
