CRM 5.0 Grantor Processing -> Application forms related issue

Dear Friends.

We are implementing a CRM Grantor Management In EP Grantor Processing tab we have application forms that shows the information related to application made, In that BSP we have a table that shows all the applicaiton related information but now my client want us to restrict the results for Active applications only, currently it shows all the application which are active as well as expired.

May I ask how can i restrict that result, I have only problem is i am not supposed to entertain any modification. Is there any way to restrict the result.
