Address line 1 (stree 2) in address facet in customer

Hello,

Can you please let em know how do we get address line 1(street 2) as a hyper link along with street in customer address facet in C4C.

Due to some constraints we are maintaining street name in street2 and street 2 name in street in our leading system ERP, so when field service engineer use this mash up then it will show wrong address in google map,so that's the reason we need street 2 also in the address facet of customer.

Is there any way we can achieve this requirement through configuration without using development?

Dear Chandra,

Currently the address hyperlink is shown for below fields,

House Number, Street, Additional House Number, Postal Code, City, Country. This behavior cannot be changed via configurations.

However if your concern is that address maintained in ECC is different, then you can manipulate it in middleware. For e.g. for inbound replication from ECC, map ECC AddressLine1 field to C4C Street field, and do the opposite in outbound replication from C4C to ECC, this way nothing is changed in ECC, and now you can correct address information in C4C as well.
