Implement 2 conditions at a time

hi all!

I have two conditions.

1. value of a kf <0 should be displayed

2. only latest date should be populated.

I could achieve them individually. but when i include both of them in conditions, only of them is being implemented.

how do i acheive this?

as ref:

• date is a characterstic. I used repl path and got Top1 value.

• for kf i used less than operator with value 0...

Its damn urgent! Please help!
