add custom fields- BADI

Hi,

I need to add customer field ( with additional tab) on device infor record . i know that i can achive using the BADI ISU_EGERR_CUSTOMER.

can you please tell me the step by step procedure to implement this ?

from the blogs i understand that i need to design sub-screen and module program , do i need create new module program or is it copy of standtad program? and how to align the sub screen to mainprogram

please suggest.

I'm not familiar with this particular BADI but just did one in sales that looks very similar. You can find more general information if you search by "BADI with subscreen". No need to copy any standard programs.

Thanks for the reply, i implemented the BADI and activated ,everthing looks ok but its never triggered.

i searched the blogs...not find the right clue.
