Inpur Parameters

Hi Experts,

I want to do the total of Net price and show that total in Smart form.

Can any one guide me how to do this.

Please this is urgent

    Hi,

    I found using a variable for total and in the Initialization part of the form I loop via my items table and add it. I will also create a text element at the end of my Main window with this variable.

    If the total has to be at a set spot on the form I will create a window with a text element that includes my variable that now would have accumalated the Net value in code within my main windows items loop. Setting the totals windows condition to print only after the end of the main window.

    Hope this is helpfull. In Enterprise and onwards there is another way that I have not yet mastered.

    Hello,

    The steps you must follow are:

    1. Create a table in the smartform to loop into the internal table with the information

    2. Double-click the table just created.

    3. Then go to "Calculations" tab, here you have diferent columns. If you want to calculate a total, you should fill:

    Operation --> Sum Total,

    Field Name --> WA-FIELDNAME (this FIELDNAME is the one that has the quantity.)

    Target Field Name --> a global variable in which the total will be acummulated.

    Time --> A After Loop

    Reset --> - (none)

    For Field Name --> - (none)

    At the end of the loop you have in Target Field Name the TOTAL. If you wish to calcute subtotals base on some field, another step is needed.
