Multiple Date Formats in one Column

Hello All,

I have a requirement to create a Data Flow from a Flat File which is auto generated from some external system. The issue here is the date field is having different types of formats and all needs to be converted to a single format which should be dd.mm.yyyy

The format which I am getting here are shown below and all should be converted to dd.mm.yyyy.

Please let me know how to proceed??
