My Inbox 2.0 Approve PR Comments are not appearing in next step

I have configured My Inbox 2.0 Application. When I approve PR from My inbox then comments added are not visible in next step.

Hi,

Approval comments are not sent to backend in the standard app. In order to get the comments, you will need to implement a BADI. KBA "2385266 - The purchasing document approval comment created in Fiori My Inbox is not visible in ECC2 has a link to a blog explaining how to do it.
