How to find the existing workflow in the SAP system

Here is my requirement:

if particular manager(Mgr1) is on vacation, somebody could go somewhere in SAP and set some other manager(Mgr2) as his replacement. All workflow items going to Mgr1 would be automatically forwarded to Mgr2. The delegation of authority would have to be managed centrally and monitored.

Could anyone can guide me from begining.

How to see this workflow setup.

Hi Sarath,

in Business Workplace (SBWP) your manager (Mgr1) can maintain a substitute (in your case Mgr2). If Mgr1 is away, your second manager (Mgr2) can call his Business Workplace and adopt his substition for Mgr1. Look at the Menu in Business Workplace "Settings->Workflow Settings->Maintain Substitute".
