CO-PC: create messages from log automatically

Hi all,

can anybody of you tell me if it's possible to create and send out messages of a costing log (product costing as well as sales orders) automatically?

Here my steps:

1. Creation of costing(run) (e.g. CK11N, CK40N, CK55)

2. After costing is finished I receive a log with Messages

3. I enter the log and send out the messages manually (message type MSG --> PROT, Customizing for receiver derivation is already done with setup for immediate sending when saving the application)

4. When I now save the message and save the costing, the message(s) is sent out to the defined receiver.

So far so good... But I want to avoid step 3. so that the messages are created and sent out automatically when the costing (run) is saved.

Had or has anyone of you the same issue? How can this be solved?
