Configure Attachment type

I want to configure attachment type. (check the capture below)

For instance, i add or delete attachment type.

If you have any ideas or hints, Please tell me how to solve this problem.

But, I want to use my Custom business object, developed in CAS.

Could you let me know how to configure this one?

In a dialog with our Implementation Topic colleagues, they understanding seems to be that the business configuration activities deal with standard BOs in this case, so for this scenario you should seek to achieve this by SDK means.
