Embed the City View on a external site

Is there documentation on embedding the CCLM city view on an external web site and keep it logged in so when a user visits they can see and interact with the city model w/out calling the t-code in Solution Manager? We have a Solution Review site where all custom code requests needs to be reviewed before development is approved to begin and I'd like to embed the city model to the site. I've successfully used the link when calling the t-code and added it to the site:

When it loads, it requires me to log in with my user ID. Can I embed a user name and password. Also, can I set an auto-refresh so it does not time out? Finally, can it be set to open with the left hand buttons hidden?
