Error message thrown randomly "An error occurred. Try resuming your work..."

Hi,

I noticed C4C throws sometimes an error at random moments. "An error occurred. Try resuming your work. If you still face issues, open an incident."

In the past I already created incidents for this kind of message but from SAP I only received the answer "We changed something in the background" with no more information.

Can someone explain me the reason behind this error? It's not an error that happens on one tenant I manage 12 tenants (DEV/PRD) and I see this kind of messages on every tenant.

    Hope you are doing great.

    This message is generic and can have different reasons. In some cases it is a backend error, in others it can be related to a PDI solution. In your case I would recommend that you open a new incident directly from within this message, clicking in the option "report an incident". Please also mention the past incident.

    In case the support team cannot reproduce this, then please try performing a meeting with the team and reproduce the issue during the meeting, this can allow them to trace from where the error is being triggered. If necessary a developer from SAP would join as well.
