Campaign Automation WF issue?

Hi experts,

I recently encountered this issue in Campaign Automation with the BSP scenario. I have created a simple flow for collecting 2 types participants, one being people that replied yes to the invitation and the other are those that replied No to the invitation.

Regardless of the reply that the participants choose, these 2 types of participants will receive a Thank You email for their reply.

My issue here is that,previously when i tested this function in the before attempting to install an external CAT server, everything was working fine but after having installed the external CAT server and survey servlet, I am able to receive the invitation mails but when I reply to the invitation, I will never receive the Thank You mail.

The reason for my team to install the external CAT server and the survey servlet was because we need to implement this as an Internet scenario. But at the moment, as a workaround, we are using the BSP scenario.

I have made sure that the workflows has been set as General Tasks. So what could be wrong here?

I also appreciate if someone could tell me how this can be implemented for the Internet scenario. in help.sap, it says that the survey will be attached to the mail, but i don't understand how the recipient will be able to send back the survey result back to the CRM server

Hi Geek,

1. Apply note No. 1037586,the problemm will be resolved

2. Create a survey and generate a url for the survey in CRMC_SURVEY_SUITE,

Create a mailform CRMD_EMAIL, mainatian the URL and in the end of the URL insert response ID,

then you also have to mainatin Questionaire determination,using

Transactions>Settings for Activities>Questionnaires--> Define Determination for Questionnaires: Business Activity

leave questionID blank,mainatin 0000 as transaction type,and check mark activ,now when a BP replies an activity of type 0000 will get created.

hi,

I already tried to apply the SAP note mentioned but am still having problems when the recipient replies the mail, he does not receives the Thank You mail.

Does anyone what else could be wrong?

Hi Noobie,

The Survey URL Link can be attached in the Mail form and sent across to the target group. The URL also has an attached Tracking Id, which sends back the response to the CRM server, giving the details which Business partner has responded what.

These two tables get updated.

•CRMD_MKTRU_SVY: Assignment Business Partner / Surveys

•CRMD_MKTCA_CT_IN: Table for Inbound Entry

As well as an inbound activity is created in the CRM server. Acoording to the standard setting transaction type 0000 will be used, which will also have the attached questionaire.
