SMW01 Errors

Hi Experts,

I am seeing a few errors in our SMW01 results and would like to know why these Business Partner issues are occurring, the errors I get are as below...

"Partner 2000009085(582A62C1E5C977D0E10080000A0501A5): the following errors occurred" - Area = BUPA_MW_EXCHANGE"

"Assignment of usage AD_DEFAULT to communication type TEL not unique - Area = AM"

"Partner data processed with key PartnerID 2000009081 - Area = BUPA_INTERFACE"

"Partner data processed with key PartnerGUID 582946947B541AC0E10080000A0501A4 - Area = BUPA_INTERFACE"

Hello Mosa,

The reason for this error "Assignment of usage AD_DEFAULT to communication type TEL not unique - Area = AM" may be because of the consnumber reaching 999 for most of the addresses in communication tables (ADR2 - ADR13). When the consnumber reaches 999 and there are unused numbers in the sequence, then you can use the report mentioned in note 1070798 to free the consnumbers which are unused.

Error AM605 is thrown if the BAS communication table has an entry with consnumber 999.

To free unused consnumbers you can execute the report provided in note 1070798 and afterwards you can
re-synchronize the partners which will be successfull afterwards.
