ICWC and browser compatibility

I want to use the ICWC to manage support tickets in Service Desk, but the application does not load correctly. When I start the transaction CRM_IC, two separate IE7 browser windows will be opened. One of them is empty. The other one shows only [these things|http://images31.fotki.com/v1043/photos/1/1186508/5215044/ICWCerror-vi.jpg] whereby the sign "Loading" just stays there and nothing is being loaded.

What's the problem and what should I do to solve it and be able to use the full functionality of the Interaction Center Web Client?
