SSO updates in table USRACL

I need to find out the history of changes made by any User in table USRACL for SNC tab in Tcode SU01

For example i want to find out the change document for SNC value for any User.

I even used SUIM for it but no help

and in USRACL we only get the last update done by any System Administartor. but this update also does not provide any old or changed values
