do we still have Netweaver Folders Management in S4 HANA, if so how is it licensed.

    Yes, the functionality of Folders Management is available in S/4 HANA (on-premise, but not in the cloud). In S/4 HANA it's not licensed anymore, as I know, so You can use it free of charge. Take a look at this note: 2424679 - [INFORMATION] Folders Management in S/4HANA
