Cannot connect to ASE 11.9.2 thru ODBC or OLE DB 15.7

Hello.

I installed on my box 64-bit drivers from SDK Sybase 15.7. Now I am trying to connect to Adaptive Server Enterprise 11.9.2.6 version thru ODBC or OLE DB connection via these drivers. But I can not. Error is: Native Code: 30275. [ASEOLEDB] Could not retrieve current enable surrogate processing or permissive unicode values from server. Please, help me.
