Campaign has not started error

Hi,

We have created marketing plan, campaign and campaign element in campaign element. Have released the marketing plan, campaign and campaign element. When the campaing is started we get an error as "zcampaign:Campaign has not started. Message no.CRM_MKTCA_EXECUTION009".

Have assigned e-mail form created in crmd_email and have assigned the standard workflow "send target group to channel". The channel is selected as e-mail.

How the error can be fixed.

Error Solved. Issue was with the workflow customization.

Hi Shridhar,

I am also having the same problem. When trying to start a campaign, I am getting the 'Campaign has not started' error with Message no. CRM_MKTCA_EXECUTION009.

You mentioned that it was related to workflow customisation - are you able to provide any more details on what the problem was and how you solved it?

Any help you are able to give would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Please activate the workflow templates for campaign automation. Hope this will solve your problem.
