Approved PO still appears in Fiori My Inbox

We have a PO which was approved from the Fiori My Inbox app. Issue is that it still appears in the My Inbox app even though it had been approved. PO in ME23N shows that it had been approved as well.

Did anyone face a similar issue? If yes, how can this be removed from the My Inbox app?

Does the PO work item get removed from the list on manually refreshing the list? Or it still stays in the master list?

Also, does the workflow get removed from the SAP inbox immediately after you process it from My Inbox?

Hello Satadru,

On MyInbox Fiori, you have to open it and click on "Open Task", which I guess it's the same as "Execute Task" on SWBP. This action will remove it from your inbox.

Thanks for sharing the above document. However, in our case, the notification did not have the below options. We had to delete the notification from Backend system.

Small correction: Notification is not that of Releasing the PO, but that the PO has been released which is sent to the PO creator. The item appears as shown in the screenshot even after it had bimage-2017-10-20-11-22-32-881.pngeen read.

Hi,

If the item also appears in the regular inbox then everything works as it should.

In other words this is not an issue related to the fiori inbox.

So you should check the workflowtemplate which is started by RELEASESTEPCREATED and figure out why it is doing this. You can also go to the workflow log from SBWP to see why the workitem is in the inbox.
