Application Integrator doesnt work !!

Hi All,

I want to implement an application integrator for our internal site.So as the process of it, i have done following steps:

1)Uploaded app int PAR on portal.

2)Created a system from PAR.

3) Given Server name and URI of web application.

4) set logon method = UIDPW

5) Created iview from PAR, and set properties as

URL template = <System.protocol>://<System.server><System.uri>?<Authentication>

URL template fraction for user mapping = userid=<MappedUser>&pwd=<MappedPassword>

And now set the user mapping for the system alias.

When i preview this iview, it loads the page but takes me to login screen, ideally it should not ask for user id and password again and should take me in.What can be the issue? Any inputs?

P.S: This same workes properly for YAHOO !!

Any help on the same will be highly appreciated.

The PAR HTTP system i created for app Int was not able to resolve the host name for Server, so changed it to IP and it worked.

Could you post the source code of the site?

Esspecially the part <form>....ETCETERA is important because there are the parameters for uid and pw.

I can not post the source code here as this is our internal site.

But i think you can get those fields easily. and it will be different for every application.

HI Ameya,

Iam facing same problem its working fine with YAhoo,

When i try to integarte internal site its showing login screen

In system object -- syatem defintion i have given name of server -- ip address

but still it showing pop-up window

should i need to edit appl intregretor par file????

Pls help me
