Its normal to pay a group of suppliers and email the outgoing payment infor as remittance advices. Is it possible to mass email the outgoing payments in SAPB1 9.2 version?
I am relatively new to SAP and I am using 9.2 PL07 and have the same query. I have generated outgoing payments using the payment wiard, but there doesn't seem to be any way to email from the wizard itself. When I try to email them from Document Printing, the contact's email is ignored and all selected outgoing payment documents are attached to the same blank email with no email address pulled through from the BP contact. I was expecting to be prompted to use the email groups that are configured, but this doesn't seem to work either.
