Solution Manager QGM: How to change the Quality Advisory Board member

Hello Experts,

We have Charm-lite implemented in our SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1

We have projects created in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER.

For a project, I want to change a Quality Advisory Board member so that they can approve the project phase. So I went into SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN and added a new

person and provided him the role as " Quality Advisory Board" and saved it, but its still not reflecting in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER ->Change Management ->Projects->Quality Gates ->Quality Gates Details.

Is there is way to refresh the data (or) how to make this new person appear in the quality gate details (or) I should maintain this entry in some other screen as well ?
