SE80 and Transactioin creation

1.I created transaction 'ZGKTZ' with SE93 and adde my se38 program and screen number.I saved it and used ZGKTz in command window.Program works but Menu,Application toolbar buttons are not displaying,why?

2.How to provide help for a field in screen painter..using Process on Help_request?

3.Any link for SE80 tutorial?
