Crystal report viewer - previews in landscape, prints in portrait Windows Server 2012

We have installed .netframework 4.6.2 and we also find that reports only print in portrait not landscape. This was addressed and fixed for other versions of windows but not Server 2012. The archived case below address a similar issue I'm wondering why this has been archived?

    Hi Ryan,

All old SCN posts are archived, there was no way to add the new Tag system to them. If you had any "open" posts please post again.

R&D is still working on it. DEV discovered It's a bug in 4.6 framework, I believe if you go back to an earlier version it will work.

Thanks for your prompt reply Don, the linked KBA comes up as page cannot be displayed. Is there a way I can track the development of this issue so I can have real time eta's on when this will be fixed?

    Don,

Since you reference a bug in the 4.6 framework, does this mean we are waiting for an update from Microsoft rather than an update to the Crystal Report Viewer? We cannot roll back the framework; some of the applications require 4.6. And it is hard to explain to the client that it is a framework problem when all other applications can print in landscape but anything printed from the Crystal report viewer is only portrait.

    Thanks.

    • I am facing the same issue regarding Crystal Report Viewer. My CR designed page is in landscape, but when clicked on Print, it prints portrait.

      Is this issue solved?
