Role changes/ Modifications

Hello All,

Currently we are using R3-4.6c version for all Dev, QAS and Prod systems.

We are facing one strange issue that roles in QAS are automatically getting updated and it is showing that last changed by us(security team) eventhough we are not doing any role changes.

Could you please let me know your thoughts for resolution.
