Hello Experts,
We have developed 30 Apps which are running fine in Production environment.
Recently we develop one more app and moved that tile/app to Production launchpad.
But the tile is not visible in the Production, all other 30 apps/tiles are though visible.
All the services related to the new apps are active. IN Dev and QA launchpad, the new all/tile is visible. But when we transported the new app to Production, this new tile is not visible in the Launchpad.All the transports are successful and no issues in that. I deleted all cache/cookie at both browser ,server and at the chip level. Still no result.I can see only the old 30 tiles, but new tile is still not visible.I dont see any error as well.
Please sugest.
Is the app visible in App Finder under technical catalog name?

Yes, I can see the newly added app(XXX) in App Finder under technical catalog name along with all my 30 old apps.
My Grouproup "YYY"
What I tried was:
1)I clicked the personalize icon by clicking the pencil mark at the bottom right of the Launchpad
2) After the launchpad becomes editable, i clicked clicked on the "+" mark to add the app manually.
In the App screen under Catalog name, I can see the newly added app(XXX) along with all my previous 30 apps.
When I click to add the newly added app by clicking the "+" mark just below the app in the App screen under Catalog name manually , I am getting the error :The app "XXX" can not be added to the group "YYY" .
The issue does not happen in Dev or QA launchpad. The newly added app (XXX) comes and appear directly on the launchpad screen along with my old apps.newly-added-app.png
How can I bring the app(XXX) from App Finder under technical catalog name to the main screen in the launchpad.

Hello Bartosz,
One thing I found out was: Few users are able to see the new app (including old 30 apps). But for other users, the new app is NOT available (but old 30 apps is available). All users have similar role/authorization assigned to their ID.
Can you please suggest what could have been the issue.
