Avoid re-printing from SP01

Hi,

We have a requirement to avoid multiple prints of the same spool from SP01. For example if any spool is already sent for printing and has any other status (Proc.,Compl.,etc.) and if any user tries to print those spools again then we want to give a warning message or a confirmation message with options of Yes or No.

Is there any way how this can be done? As I already tried implementing any implicit enhancements for the SP01 program but I get the message 'Object FUGR KKBL is part of the central basis and therefore cannot be enhanced' enhance even implicit enhancement is not an option.

Please let me know in case anyone has got similar requirements in past and have some solution for this.

Hi Hem,

In transaction SP01, when you double click on spool, there is a check box "Delete After Printing if No Errors" in "Spool attributes" tab.

Select this field and then the spool request data will be deleted after successful printing.
