Help me please

Hi, I have a problem.

when I load information for a program batch to transaction IQ02 and When i run the program in background, some times update all information but some times not , if i run the program with debugging in the same mode (N), then this run successful,

I tried with the instruction WAIT UP TO 1 SECONDS, but any can give me another solution please?.
