You can control it by:

1.Authorization control

2.User status

3.Credit control settings which prevents PGI, if it is applicable.

Is it the status flag which you term as User status.Kindly let me know what is user status.

hi David,

Your question is not clear. If you want to stop PGI for a sales order, you can create a delivery block in the order. However you want to create delivery, picking etc but just stop PGI for the order, you can do that by creating a user status for the order and set controls accordingly.
