NetWeaver administrator

Hello all!

I got a little question ( but i m not sure it s in this part or the forum i should ask it, but it seems to be best place to do so)

I want to give some one acces to sap Netweaver Administrator, but i don't know wich right i must give him, i ve try to give him administrator right, but this solution dosen't seem to work? Does VCRole play a part in it?
