NWBC - Using sapgui

hello,

we're using nwbc and connecting to an erp system (not connection type PORTAL), but we have problems starting sap-gui transactions; this already worked weeks ago but now it don't; everything is set up correctly , for sure, also scripting etc.

When starting a sapgui-session, i see that the transaction will start - a info window comes as we use an exit on logon to sap - but then we only see the "waiting glass".

any hints are welcome, kind regards
