Migrate from SAP ERP to SAP4Hana (Logistics Point of View)

Dear Experts ;

I've been searching recently for precautions or must-to-do's before migration from SAP ERP to S4Hana and only found results related to "Finance POV"

also I found differences between SAP ERP & S4hana and what is new in S4Hana.

kindly help me as we are in a middle of a stage that we need to decide if we are going to implement SAP ERP EHP7,8 or S4hana so , simply my question is:

if we decided to implement SAP ERP EHP7 for example what "Logistics configuration in SPRO" (MM-SD-LE) must be maintained or take care of in case we decided to migrate to S4Hana in future.
